Your order is unique! Each product is made to order specifically for you as soon as we receive your order. This process conserves resources, avoids overproduction, and guarantees you a brand-new, one-of-a-kind item.

🚚 Delivery time

The total delivery time consists of production and shipping time:

• Production time: 1–5 working days
• Shipping time (within Germany): 1–2 working days
• Shipping time (within the EU, outside Germany): 2–5 working days

Overview of the total delivery time:

• Within Germany: Usually 3–7 working days.
• Within the EU (outside of Germany): Usually 4–10 working days.

📬 Shipping costs

Shipping within the European Union is completely free for you.

🔍 Shipment tracking

To ensure you always know the location of your order, tracking is included with every shipment. As soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking link.

Did you order multiple items? To ensure you receive everything as quickly as possible, your order may be delivered in several packages. Of course, this will not incur any additional costs for you.
