How does the ordering process work?
Your equipment will be manufactured exclusively for you only after your order is received. On-demand. No dead stock, no overproduction.
How long does the manufacturing process take?
Thanks to our optimized express production, your equipment is usually ready for shipment within 24–48 hours. This applies to weekdays (Mon–Fri) for orders received by 12:00 PM and provided the necessary materials are in stock. Speed without compromise.

International shipping?
We currently operate exclusively within the European Union (EU).
Shipping costs?
Transit within the EU is completely free for you.

What makes Natura Umbra sustainable?
Our textiles are made from organic cotton (GOTS). We manufacture on demand, ship plastic-free, and refuse to participate in the fast-fashion cycle.

How do the sizes run?
Our cuts vary between regular and oversized fit. Use the proportion protocol (size chart) on each product page.
Are the products vegan?
Yes. Every piece is PETA-Approved Vegan. A pact with life, without compromise.

Can I return items?
Since we manufacture on demand, we ask that you make a conscious purchase. Returns are possible within 14 days, but do put a strain on the supply chain. We provide immediate replacements for defective items.
