Returns & Refunds

If your ordered product arrived damaged or defective (e.g., wrong item, faulty printing, production defects), please contact us within 14 days of receipt :

Please send the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and the damage
- Brief description of the problem
We will review your case as quickly as possible and arrange for a replacement or refund .

Our products are produced on demand for you . We do not stock any goods and do not produce in advance.
Therefore, we ask for your understanding that returns due to dislike, incorrect size or change of mind are unfortunately not possible.
Please use our size chart before purchasing and contact us if you have any questions about fit or color.
If we agree on a return, you will receive a valid return address from us via email.
Important: The shipping label or delivery note may contain a Shirtigo address – please do not return it there without prior consultation .

Note: Returns to the Packstation are only possible with DHL.
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 working days after receipt of the return or confirmation of a defect.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or bank, the final credit may take an additional 1–3 days.
